Producing a custom homeowners manual includes these steps:

• A one or two day visit to your company to become familiar with
  your staff, your specific problems and your style. The result of this meeting is a Policy and Procedures document - this becomes the basis of the homeowners manual.
• Copy development and draft approval - usually from three to six weeks.
  We produce a first draft and submit it for review and approval. This
  approval process continues until our client has approved a final draft.
  There is no limit to the number of drafts and changes. The first draft
  contains our extensive information on key subjects so our clients
  benefit from our 16 years of experience.
• Layout, type and artwork development and approval - usually from
  two to three weeks. We use state-of-the-art graphics and layout to
  create unique and interesting manuals
• Production - this can take from one week to four weeks depending
  on the format that is chosen. Most of our clients use our custom three
  ring binders and Mylar coated tabs for a professional appearance.
  Our system includes stocking the long lead time items such as binders
  and tabs in our insured storage - most clients order about one year's
  supply of these items. The enables our clients to order in small
  quantities - usually 25 to 50 manuals. We produce and ship the
  orders within ten days. Small orders eliminate waste and permit
  changes with each order so the manuals are up to date and
  accurate at all times. Waste is eliminated.
